Our New Delivery Service and "At a Glance" Traffic Light System Using our new traffic light system, our website will automatically show which delivery options are available to you, the current delivery options are shown above. Standard, Express, Priority and Other Delivery Options If you use our Standard Delivery services, your gift could be delivered at any time during the "working day" (i.e. 8.45am to 5.00pm). Should you require a "guaranteed" delivery slot, or a "guaranteed" AM or PM delivery, then our Express Delivery service is for you ! Further details of our Express Delivery service can be found on our Express Delivery page Up until 3.00pm, our Home Page will show a green banner like this. This confirms that standard delivery is still available - Simply select a postcode area on your order form.  After 3.00pm and up until 4.00pm, our Home Page will show an orange banner like this. This confirms that Priority delivery is now available, and for a small supplement you can still have your order delivered on the same day. You can still place your order for the next working day should you not wish to pay the supplementary charge. Should you have an urgent delivery request, we can deliver within three hours of placing your order. Our Home Page will display a blue banner similar to this throughout the day. This will confirm the time we are able to deliver your item by, Simply select a postcode area on your order form and a range of three hour time slots will be available for you book. You can even place Express Delivery orders in advance - just give us the same three hour time slot.  After 4.00pm, our Home Page will show a red banner like this. Unfortunately, you are now too late for same day delivery and will have to opt for delivery on the next available delivery day.  Our usual delivery services apply Monday - Saturday, so after 4.00pm on Saturday our Home Page will show an alternative red banner like this. As we are closed on Sundays, orders placed after 4.00pm on a Saturday will be delivered on the next working day (usually Monday). There will be some seasonal variants (over Christmas, Easter and during our busier periods for example)  |
