![]() Mother's Day Delivery - Personal Delivery By Hand ... Not in a box ! Mother's Day falls on Sunday 14 March this year so make weekend of it. Unlike many other companies, we are making deliveries across the whole weekend, so you can choose to have your flowers delivered on any day from Friday 12th March, Saturday 13th March or for a small supplement even on Sunday 14th March, Mother's Day itself. Choosing your delivery day ? You have a choice of delivery options over this Mother's Day weekend, you can either opt for:- Standard Delivery (0900-1700) Choose this option and your gift will be delivered on the day you specify - this could be today or a future date. (So choose this option if your want your Mother's Day order delivering on a specific date such as Thursday, Friday or Saturday) Mothers Day Period Delivery (Fri-Sun) Choose this option and your gift could be delivered on any one of the three day leading up to Mother's day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) (The actual day is at our descretion) Mothers Day Sunday (Fri-Sun) Choose this option if you want to guarantee your delivery on Mother's Day Sunday. There is a small supplement of £3.00 for this option, but gives you assurance of delivery on the day. Sunday Delivery - Don't Get Ripped Off Unlike some "other" flower delivery companies we're not charging you the earth for Sunday delivery. We've recently discovered that one particular company is charging nearly £13.00 just to have your gift delivered...before 1pm....we think that's a rip off. We give you a choice of either a Mother's Day period delivery (which could be any day between Friday and Sunday) at our standard delivery charge - or for just an extra £3.00 we'll deliver on Sunday, that makes us upto 35% less than some of our competitors. Our standard delivery charge starts from just £ 4.95 (but does vary by area) and remember, you'll get 10% discount** if you place your order direct with us online, so effectively you could end up saving money ! Free Delivery ?? - Don't get us started on that old chestnut... Don't be fooled by FREE delivery. After over 35 years in the floristy business, we have yet to find a courier or other delivery company that delivers anything for "free". Either the delivery charge will be hidden in the price you are paying, or the quality of your flowers may suffer to pay for the cost of delivery. Delivery by Courier = Flowers in a Box Many flower delivery services are manufacturing their flower bouquets in warehouses, putting them into boxes and delivering them by overnight courier or posting them to recipients. With most UK flower delivery services, supermarkets and retail brands manufacturing some or all of their flower bouquets in a warehouse before putting them into boxes and posting or delivering them, you do not really know how your floral gift is produced or sent. In fact, many recipients will actually receive a very different service from the one you thought you were paying for. We have seen the results of some online flower delivery companies, you may be equally surprised at the results. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Delivering across three counties, by hand Here at Anderson's, all our gifts are be prepared with the passion and skill of a real florist and delivered by hand with care.
